Georgia Tech student wins APTF scholarship

Georgia Tech's Sarah Windmiller was recently awarded the APTF Parsons Brinckerhoff – Jim Lammie Scholarship for $4,000. Sarah Windmiller is a second-year graduate student in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech. She is currently researching how equitable and accessible mobile real-time information is among transit riders. Prior to attending Georgia Tech, she studied at Ball State University, where she received a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development.
