ICTLE conference in Istanbul

Dr. Essam Radwan of UCF attended the 2nd International Conference on Traffic and Logistic Engineering held in Istanbul, Turkey during the period March 15-16, 2013 and presented a paper titled: "Right Turn Split: A New Design to Alleviate the Weaving Problem on Arterial Streets". This paper was produced from a Ph.D. dissertation completed by his Ph.D. student, Dr. Khaled Shabaan a faculty member at Qatar University. Dr. Radwan was awarded a certificate for being the best paper presentation in his session.
